- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Lucky if you can get an appointment when you want it. Went to collect my prescription and it was incorrect. Lazy receptionist told me to come back, even when I told her that I had taken the time off work. It was the doctor's error I pointed out. She went and got it corrected. It was still incorrect. I told her now that it was HER error. Same advice again, why don't I come back tomorrow. I wasn't leaving and pointed out that I would write a letter of complaint against the doctor and naming her.
